SANKALP BHARAT SUMMIT 2026 · STUDENT CONTENT COHORT · LUCKNOW

Six students, covering the summit like a newsroom.

Two days in Lucknow, six months of content around them. Tessarakt and Blend are putting a student cohort on the ground for Aavishkaar Foundation and Intellecap's Sankalp Forum — not as press, as peers. This is the crew, the calendar, and who is standing where when the awards start.

EVENT SNAPSHOT · OCTOBER 2026

One and a half days, two jury tracks, and a public floor that never closes.

The shape of the summit decides the shape of the coverage. Day 1 is jury day and the city. Day 2 is the main stage. The Bharat Exchange runs through both.

27 – 28
October 2026

Tuesday and Wednesday. A 1.5-day programme, with the main stage on Day 2.

Lucknow
Uttar Pradesh

Movement between Avadh Shilpgram and the venue has to be planned, not improvised.

200
Foundation students juried

The Aavishkaar Foundation student jury runs across Day 1, alongside the Sankalp Bharat awards jury.

30
Exhibitors

Bharat Exchange and Blend Bazaar are open to the public on both days.

“Bharat Story: Climate, Culture, Compute.”

The theme is three tracks, but it is one story. Every explainer, every founder cut, and every exhibitor spotlight should land as a chapter of it — not as three separate content series.
CONTENT IDEAS · BY PHASE

Build the appetite, cover the days, then make it last.

Six months of work in three movements. The pre-event phase earns the audience, the event days feed it, and the post-event phase turns two days into an archive the client keeps.

01
Aug to Oct 26 · Pre-event

Build the appetite

  • Track explainer series breaking down Climate, Culture and Compute as one story
  • Founder and jury spotlights: ASCEND pitchers, Sankalp awardees, jury panel intros
  • Lucknow culture drops: Awadhi food, craft, ODOP products, teasing the UP Pavilion
  • “Countdown to Sankalp Bharat” series
  • Recce-to-reality BTS: how the venue call got made — Saturn vs Jupiter vs Clarks
  • Meet-the-crew content introducing the cohort before Day 1
  • Sankalp Forum portfolio shoutouts, tying into the existing Sankalp content plan
  • A practical Lucknow guide for delegates: travel, stay, what to expect
02
Oct 27 to 28 · Event days

Live coverage

  • Day 1 — jury day process reels, a day-in-the-life of a juried team, founder interviews from the awards jury, a full Bazaar walkthrough, the immersion track vlog, film screening reactions
  • Day 2 — breakfast and pickleball candids, plenary highlight cuts with quote cards, rapid ASCEND pitch summaries, roundtable soundbites, awards ceremony reels, Big Debate highlight clips, closing music content
Student programming on Day 2 gets covered peer-to-peer. The cohort shows up as fellow students, not as press.
03
Nov 2026 to Feb 2027 · Post-event

Legacy

  • The full aftermovie
  • Winner spotlight series for both award programmes
  • “What happens next” impact pieces following a few winning teams or founders
  • Delegate and exhibitor testimonial reel
  • Long-form write-up for Sankalp Forum's own channels
  • A wrap showcase for the cohort, in the spirit of the Blended Show format
  • Content library handoff to Intellecap and Aavishkaar Foundation
THE CREW · 6 PEOPLE

Everyone has a pre-event job and a zone on the day.

Six people is enough to cover this summit properly if nobody is floating without a brief. Each role below carries a colour — the same colour tags that role's blocks in the run of show.

EXECUTION · SIX MONTHS

Recruit, ramp, execute, hand over.

The two days only work if the four months before them do. Approvals get routed early, the workflow gets a dry run, and the movement plan is locked before anyone lands in Lucknow.

Month 01 – 02 · Aug to Sep

Recruit and train

  • Pull the cohort from the Campus Crew network, or run an open call
  • Onboard on brand voice, event theme and the shared content calendar
  • Assign roles and start pre-event production
Month 03 · Sep to Oct 26

Pre-event push

  • Ramp publishing to 3 to 4 times a week across Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Route approvals through Sankalp Forum, Intellecap and Tessarakt early
  • Lock credentials, gear list, shift schedule and the movement plan between Avadh Shilpgram and the venue
  • Dry run the day-of workflow: shoot, edit, post, and the turnaround times
Oct 27 – 28

On-ground execution

  • Fixed zone assignments, per the run of show below
  • Same-day or next-morning turnaround on cuts
  • A short debrief each evening, to fix what is not working before Day 2
Month 04 – 06 · Nov to Feb

Wrap and legacy

  • Aftermovie and testimonial reel
  • Impact and what-happens-next pieces
  • Content library handoff to the client
  • Cohort showcase, and a case study pulled from it for Blend's own pitch deck

What publishes, and how often, every month.

The timeline says what the crew is doing. This says what the audience sees. Volume climbs to the summit, spikes across the two days, then tapers into the legacy pieces.

Note

Four posts a week, three studio days — the top of the 3 to 4 times a week the pre-event push calls for. August runs lighter while the cohort trains, the two event days go to same-day turnaround, and the rhythm eases to two a week once the aftermovie is out.

DAY-OF PROGRAMME · DETAILED RUN OF SHOW

Who is standing where, and when the cut goes live.

Every block has one owner and one turnaround. If a block is not on this sheet, it is not covered live — and that is a decision, not an oversight.

WATCHOUTS · SAY THESE OUT LOUD FIRST

Three things to settle before anyone books a flight.

Each of these is cheap to solve in September and expensive to solve on October 27.

01

October in Lucknow needs tenting

Outdoor footage is exposed. Build a rain contingency into the Bazaar and immersion shoot plans rather than hoping for a clear sky.

02

Breakouts go uncovered live

At this headcount, the three parallel breakouts get a next-day recap sourced from moderators. Set that expectation with the client upfront.

03

Immersion is one track only

One shooter, one track. Pick the track before the day — not on the ground, with a crew waiting.
